As future leaders, we continually strive to build stronger ties with our communities and the individuals within them. It is through this understanding that we grow and develop broader world views that will shape and support our lives. We celebrate our history through traditions that honor the past while serving the future.
Our Preston Bluebonnet Chapter attends cultural events that span our Chapter’s Cultural Experiences six year plan. Each grade level focuses on a different type of performing arts. Those events have been concerts of vocal and instrumental talents; dance performances of various genres; theatrical productions of varying types; museums of the arts and sciences; and much more.
In addition, we host an annual Mother/Daughter Tea which provides an opportunity for the Ticktockers to apply appropriate etiquette, graciousness, self-assuredness in social settings, development of interpersonal connections, good manners and respect for others. We also produce a Style Show featuring our Junior Ticktockers which provides the girls the opportunity to demonstrate their poise, graceful presentation, and confidence in themselves. We complete our year celebrating the Senior Ticktockers for their many accomplishments and achievements in their 6 year involvement with the Preston Bluebonnets.
